Q: Is the girl horse and trailer inside the same packaging? I want to separate them?

A: While I don't know yet, I will when it's delivered. Years ago I bought the RV and it is packaged up pretty tightly. If your child is small enough, they won't notice and you'll take care of the nasty chore of the packaging before the big day. Just as a note, I opened the weekly ad this morning (11/10/19) and found on the first page at the right top a coupon you can receive for any one toy or book. (You need to text and receive the coupon by phone.) It worked on this big set! Wonderful savings! Don't delay, it works in store as well as online, but stock may not last.

Q: my things came with dents scratches and paint chips it looks like it got dropped multiple times! as well as the saddle looks almost completely deformed the dolls legs do not bend as shown. Why!!

A: Hi Lake. The OG Off Roader and retro Cruiser both have built in hitches on the back of the vehicles with can be lowered and attached to the trailer. As well, the regular My Way & Highway 4x4 jeeps can be used with the hitch attachment piece to attach to the trailer. The hitch is an accessory that comes with the trailer. The Battat Team

A: Hi Jane. Yes, the Horse Trailer and Off Roader can be hooked together. There is a hook on the underside of the Off Roader. It needs to be pulled down and can be attached directly to the front hitch piece on the trailer. The Battat Team

This is a very fun toy don’t get me wrong, but I want to issue a warning to all parents out there. The top of the trailer opens up and can break off. I learned of this dangerous feature the hard way. My 2 year old son and 4 year old daughter got inside the trailer and decided to stand up through the hole on the top. They were both stuck there and nearly choked. Thank goodness I was close by as my older daughter screamed for help. It was a nightmare to say the least. I will be reaching out to the manufacturers as well so they can do something about this hazard.

My daughter got the doll and horse off Santa 2021 and the horse trailer off her Nanny B. She loves the accessories the most!! The little brushes etc. She played for hours on boxing day with this set! The only thing is I would of liked the horses hoffs to have wheels in them so it could more freely move!!

The doll is adorable and the clothes fit perfectly. My daughter also loves all the accessories that come with the set that allow you to brush and take care of the horse.
