Q: Does 'no articulation' mean that the arms and legs cannot be moved? I'm looking for a poseable doll, i.e. head turns, arms and legs can move, can sit or stand.

A:Â Hi there! All of our deluxe dolls are posable, meaning they bend at the knees and elbows and rotate at the neck, shoulder, and legs. Our regular dolls are not posable, but they do rotate at the neck, shoulder, and legs. Hope this helps, have fun playing with Our Generation!

Q: I really want a doll with curly hair like this but it tends to get tangled and matted with styling. Also most dolls are bald in the middle. Is the hair easily styled by a child?

A:Â Hello. All of the Our Generation dolls are made with hair that can be styled. Please remember not to put direct heat on the hair. Hair that is curly can be styled with your fingers to keep the curl.

Q: One reviewer said the outfit was sewn to to doll? I bought extra outfits for this doll. Is it not meant for the clothes to be changed?

A:Â Hello. When new all of the dolls have the outfits sewn to them in one or two places. Please make sure to remove the string carefully and then you are able to dress and undress the dolls.

Q: I wanted too buy two outfits to go with the doll from "Our Generation " the outfit is 18" the doll is 20" would they still fit or is their other outfits I can find?

A:Â Hello. The Our Generation outfits are made for the Our Generation 18" dolls. The outfits can fit other brands of 18" dolls, however they are tested on Our Generation dolls and we cannot guarantee the fit with other brands.

I brought this from another seller and it came today, I’m happy with the doll but the only downside is the glitter on the shoes, it got everywhere. I had to put on a different pair of shoes one her because I didn’t want the glitter to go onto the other dolls I’ve got. I learned from experience that getting glitter in dolls hair is hard to get out without cutting the hair.

Her hair doesn’t come as pictured. It’s in two buns. I’m afraid that if we take the buns out, the top of her hair will be wavy and the bottom will be tight curls. Not the look we expected. Other than that she’s great.

Haven is our favorite 18in doll we got her for Christmas with the new face mold she’s just gorgeous we love her so much our only complaint is she needs to be posable she’s in every scene we do and she goes from being a pet rescue girl to a chef to a ballerina so please in future make all your dolls posable it’s so much easier to play with them :) your doll line is the absolute best !!!

I appreciate the fact that they have lots of variety in this line, but for the more darker African American version of this doll (the new face mold) the skin color is dull and ashy. They definitely need to improve this. I gave 4 stars because the doll does seem to be pretty decent quality for this price range, and the outfit is very cute.

This doll is beautiful! My daughter saved to buy this doll and we ended up getting her hair done at the american girl doll salon!!! She had very good quality and has lasted about two years now. I think any little girl would like this doll!
