This device is great, while it’s working. I paid 399.00 for a ring that wouldn’t hold a charge. Within the first 10 months it needed to be replaced. The company sent a replacement (a ring just placed loosely in a fed ex box) in a strange fashion. That one also stopped charging within 8 months. I sent another message to customer service and got nothing helpful in return. This ring is VERY expensive for the quality and the company is only partially responsive.

The features of this ring are incredible. I love that I can track various health and sleep data passively, snd that it’s not a device that buzzes or makes noises for notifications like smart watches I’ve previously used. If you like notifications (like to stand/move/etc), you can set those through your smartphone push notifications. It’s much more lightweight than it looks. Long battery life.

Junk! Fake reviews on this and here is a real one. Scratches easy so don’t waste your money and it’s fat and uncomfortable. Bought it in mid July and hate it. It Sept and my return window has closed. My husbands can’t use the feature to find if lost Bec he has an android and it’s only for iPhones. It lies and tells you about how good sleep you had and I was not sleeping. If I could return both rings I would! Spent $1k and stuck with junk!

It has been officially 1 month since purchasing my Oura ring and I LOVE it! I’ve had an apple watch in the past and it was just always too bulky for me. This is perfect! It looks like a cute piece of jewelry. And it is SO light, I was shocked! I mostly got this to track my steps/workouts and I enjoyed it thus far. My only con is it does scratch easily and for $500 it really shouldn’t..that’s is my reason for 4 stars vs 5.

I bought this three months ago and have fallen in love with my Oura ring! It's like being hooked up to the same devices from a hospital plus having a personal trainer. It offers more info and data than any other wearable. Then gives it to me in understand charts and graphs. On top of that, I have access to hundreds (maybe even thousands) of extra articles and blogs for even more info. I've learned more about my body, and health in general, in the last three months than I did in any health class in school. Some people don't like how they can't monitor their heart rate AS they exercise. However, I've noticed that I can listen to my body and have a pretty good idea of where I'm at. I get a detailed chart of my heart rate, and much more, when I finish each workout. The calorie info is a little off but there's more to health than just calories. I'm still losing weight so it's good enough! If you're hardcore, you probably want a Garmin. But, for the vast majority of us, Oura is the way to go. They've created a wearable that helps us better know and understand our bodies and our health.

I bought this ring June 2023 and was not quite sure what to expect. The ring has not left my finger ever since. I start my days with my readiness score and sleep analyses and during the day i monitor stress and resilience. The ring has made me aware of the absolute great effects of good sleep and continuously keeps on motivating me in meeting my daily goals. I’ve had my ring since 2022 and was very happy with its performance. I would regularly check my ring in the morning. I noticed a problem, contacted Oura Member Care who walked me through some steps that helped to resolve the issue. When my rings battery was no longer working right Oura took action and replaced it with a new ring. Great Support!!

I received this as a gift, and have absolutely loved it. I was nervous that I'd have an unhealthy focus on meeting/achieving goals, but the ring is kinder to me than I am to myself. I love that it picks up trends when my sleep, HRV, etc. are improving over a period of months.
