Oura Ring Gen3 Sizing Kit

Scam. Was emailed a “gift card” but once I clicked redeem to add it to my account, says balance is $0. Now my account says return window expired so I have no way to fix this.

I received my gift card but my sizing kit was supposed to be delivered a week ago and it hasn’t showed up. I am unable to report an issue with it since it can’t be returned. I’m very frustrated because I have a coupon and was planning on using it to buy the ring but now I can’t because it will expire before I even get the sizing kit!

My sizers just shipped and I already got my gift card! I was curious if I would with several of the reviews saying they didn’t get theirs. Sizers shipped quickly and got them for free (since I got the promo gift card)

I swear, people suck! Got the ring sizing kit, picked up curbside, got home and size 6-8 were missing!!! It was FREE! Purchase for $10 and get a $10 gift card. Luckily the size 9 fits my index finger perfectly, so no real loss for me! Also, not Target or Oura’s fault, just check the box before you leave the store!

Great product, these plastic rings helped me visualize what fit I would like as well as allowing me to keep it on all day. I just never received the $10 gift card to put toward purchasing an oura ring. If you want that I would buy the sizers elsewhere!

Size kit was great but like everyone else I did not get a $10 gift card.

Target doesn’t give you the $10 gift card.

Purchased this kit for my husband as we were giving him an Oura Ring for Father’s Day. Similar to the last reviewer I did not receive a $10 gift card towards my purchase of the ring (was hoping her experience was a fluke). Called Target to rectify the situation and was told the photos are from a past promotion that has since expired. She escalated it to a senior specialist who eventually sent me a $10 gift card but only after I wasted 25 minutes waiting on hold and explaining what happened to 2 different people…

The sizing kit itself is perfect. It made it easy to find my size. However, the kit does NOT include the promised $10 gift card. I purchased in store and the register did it prompt for a gift card. I contacted Target.com chat and they also had no idea what I was talking about. Eventually I was able to show them where the $10 gift card is advertised and they are sending it. It was a complete hassle though and I would have purchased the this elsewhere had I known what an issue this would be.

The ring kit was helpful. However, I bought the ring kit with intentions of buying the ring and getting the $10 credit towards the Oura ring. This deal was advertised with the item. However, I have not received my $10 Target Gift Card to go towards the Oura ring. I called customer service and they were little help and said this was not a promotion. Even though it is advertised with the ring kit and on Oura’s website as well. Very disappointed in Target. I have not had a bad experience with ordering through them until now. I will not be purchasing the Oura ring through Target and will probably reconsidering purchasing anything through Target’s app and website in the future.

I thought this was a pretty slick sizing experience. All ring sizes are available in the box and i just tried on the one that fit and ordered that size. Plus, the price is free with that gift card!

There’s a respect there. I have had this now for almost a year, purchased online, now I’m happy that they made it more available through Target! I can’t say enough about how much I like and value this ring, app, technology, and knowledge.
