The lid broke after 2 weeks
After only two weeks of use, the lid broke. The lid simply came apart from normal opening and closing. What concerns me the most is that there is a metal piece on the side of the lid that became exposed when it broke. This could have easily hurt my son's hand.

CHECK: Fits in Kids Carseat Cup Holders.
This is the only size Owala that kids in the kids 4-1 convertible car seat cup holders. My kids are using the high back boosters now, but cups that fit in their holders are their big thing. So, glad we found this! Don't love that the straw will separate at times but nice to be able to sip the water even if it does.

Buy in-store if you can. The item I received did not appear to be in brand-new condition. There were visible water spots or residue inside the stainless steel interior, and the lid/spout area had noticeable discoloration right out of the box. It was disappointing to open a new product and immediately question its condition.

easily scratches and defective lid
So cute and shiny, but the metallic shine scratches way too easily. I also received a defective lid, the knobs that hold down the lock/handle are wearing away due to how tight the handle is to press down. Definitely not my best owala bottle, I would hate to see the quality of these go down..
