Disappointed bec it was leaking
I ordered this special edition freesip last week. When I used it the first time I noticed the condensation outside at the top of the cup I thought the water was just too cold. Also, I noticed it seems easy to twist when it is closed I fear that when I am holding it while out with my son he might accidentally knock it off and it will drop on the ground. Today, when I packed it and put it inside my little cooler to put water and snacks for my son, when we got to our destination it was leaking. apparently the rubber on the cap was missing. i can't return since I have used it already but I contacted the Owala support, pending action from them. Tbh I was disappointed. I really like this cup. it is big enough and handy.

Damaged Upon Arrival
My water bottle arrived damaged due to Target’s careless packaging. There was no bubble wrap or anything protecting the bottle it was just placed in a cardboard box and clearly got thrown around during delivery. There were several dents and paint discoloration when it arrived. I’m highly disappointed in Target’s delivery and the way this item was packaged. I would not recommend ordering an Owala online. It’d be better to go in-store to purchase instead.

Best water bottle design.
My son absolutely loves his Owala 32 oz Sway! It’s become his go-to water bottle. I really like that the lid covers the straw, so it stays clean when he’s carrying it around. He can also either sip through the straw or chug when he’s really thirsty. The bottle has a wide opening, which makes it very easy to clean, and I love that all the parts can be taken apart so everything can be thoroughly washed and there aren’t hidden areas where mold can grow. It holds plenty of water, feels sturdy, and is easy to carry. Definitely a great water bottle for kids!

Don't get this color!
This item (color/finish) scratched terribly from normal use in the very first day (actually, first couple hours) of use. Very disappointed, as this had never been an issue with other Owala products. Word to the wise: the special edition "shiny/metallic" colors/finishes WILL scratch significantly with very careful, delicate, normal use!

There is no handle on this water bottle and the quickest replacement offered was to be shipped but I intentionally picked this up to have it the same day.
