Q: Will this cup fit in a car cup holder?

A: Honda fit 2019 here, driver cup holder doesn't fit securely. It won't go all the way down in the cup holder and kind of gets stuck. I probably will not put it in there and am considering returning.

A: That's a great question. We do not recommend using hot, carbonated, or perishable liquids in this bottle.

Q: Is this water bottle likely to get moldy in a particular spot? I avoid most straw water bottles because of this, but our current bottles (with sports caps) do leak, so looking for replacement option.

A: Hi Yolomama, thanks for the question. Our water bottles are not likely to get moldy with proper cleaning and storing of the bottles. Think of cleaning your water bottle as how often you should shower. Daily seems like a good idea…but that’s up to you:) Also, make sure your bottle is dry before storing. It's a good idea to store with the lid open or off until use.

I was so excited to use my new Owala, but when it got delivered it didn't come with a straw. I wish it had stated on the product page that the straw was not included and I'd have to purchase my own. Besides that, the water bottle seems great.

I only have been using the bottle for a day. I did some research because of a leaking issue with my old water bottle. I love the one handed ease of opening the bottle. I like the carrying loop and the lid. The spout and straw are great for drinking without dripping on yourself. The color combination is cute and will stand out in my break room. It fits in my car cup holder and keeps my drink cold for over 12 hours. The price is reasonable compared to other products.👍

It is not “24 hour cold”. I’ll put ice water in it, like a lot of ice, and by the end of the day the ice is melted and it’s room temperature. And I use it for around the house, it’s not sitting in the sun or anywhere hot. Also it stinks! It gets so smelly quickly. Not at all like my other water bottles.

I am so upset with how I received this item. Overall, the owala is great in function. Yet, when I first bought it, the button was malfunctioned in which it would sling out. So, I bought another one and it came in dented. And now the color way is out of stock and I do not want any other color.
