Out of the blue is stunning
This cup is great! Great size, obsessed with the color and has awesome functionality. I only took off a star because like other reviews I saw it came slightly damaged. It looks like someone banged the edge of the lid which is kind of a bummer and keep staring at it lol. But it doesn’t interfere with the functionality of the cup. But I also wanted to add I was trying so hard to see the true out of the blue color and it is so much more stunning in person and more like the bright blue than the display photo.

Poorly packaged
When opening delivered item, the item was POORLY packaged(if you would call it that) absolutely no padding or bubble wrap was on item. Literally was thrown in a box and shipped off to me. Item was definitely rolling around bad that the items rubber top came completely off. Not to sure if the rubber part will stay completely on tight at this point. I do not live near by a close target from me so returning it makes no sense. Who ever is in charge of packaging, DO BETTER

Terrible Associate Shopper Service
I did an online pick up, I didn’t appreciate that i was handed a dented thermos. I had to go look for another one that wasn’t damaged. Don’t have the service if your associates are doing a terrible job. If the item was for them, I know they wouldn’t want a damage item. This is the reason I was rated a 1
