Description
The secret recipe to making consistent cupcakes every time is using OXO SoftWorks Silicone Baking Cups. They can be placed in a muffin tin as silicone muffin liners or on a baking sheet. You can use the handy fill line if you want to make treats that are all the same size. They work well as mold for cold treats that might go in the freezer as well. The BPA-free Baking Cups have convenient tabs to help release them from tins without making a thumbprint. And with the inside of each Cup being non-stick and smooth, releasing your treat is a piece of cake. These liners are one of our favorite kitchen staples!!! The ease of popping the muffins out along with removing single use paper cupcake liners has been worth every penny. Muffins are one of our favorites to make for breakfast!Unfortunately, I have toddlers who forget to remove their liner and toss them. Big baking fan?! BUY IT! Honestly, this was an item I decided to add to my cart so my order can be delivered same day. I used them today to make some cupcakes. They are very easy to clean, dry quickly and cupcakes came off with no issues. They don’t have that strong rubbery smell. Not really a big fan of silicone baking dishes, but OXO has changed my mind. I will for sure be ordering more!!

These are amazing! Use a little pam cooking spray and you’re in business. My cup cakes/muffins did not stick, bottoms were not burned either. I very happy I bought these. Quality is great and cleaning them was easy too. I hand wash because I just don’t like using the dishwasher for my pans or baking items.

These are fun. Muffins don't stick (I do use a spritz of cooking spray also), food comes out evenly cooked with same cooking time that is required for paper cups, and I never have to buy paper cups again (which had a tendency to stick to muffins/cupcakes for me even with spray).
Don't put loose in dishwasher!!

These work wonderfully, however DO NOT put these loose in the dishwasher. Use a closed basket. I, not thinking, put them on the top rack as suggested by the Oxo rep in the questions section here - no dishwasher details are on Oxo's website. All but two ended up under the bottom rack; of those, two have very bad scorch burns. No closed basket? Hand washing with hot water + grease-cutting dish soap is sufficient for silicone.

These work great. No need to grease them, the muffins pop right out, and they're barely dirty afterwards. Even my non-stick muffins always required soaking and scrubbing. I haven't tried them with cucpcakes. One note: they're smaller than standard, which may affect your recipe/cooking times. On the other hand, it's nice that you can stick them into a regular muffin pan for easy filling and then just pop them altogether into the oven. I think they'd be harder to fill without that structure.

They really work. Made muffins in them for the kids and came out with no issues. I did lightly bush the inside of the molds with some melted butter. I haven’t tried using them without doing that yet. Box suggests using non stick spray but a little butter works also. I would most definitely buy again. Quick and easy to wash in the sink with some soapy water. Didn’t do dishwasher because they are light weight and could fall on the heating element in the bottom. But if you had a basket to put them in I’m sure it would work just fine. But their just as easy to wash in the sink.
