The most important part of the dish rack doesn’t even work. The drain tray isn’t graded so water literally sits in it.

I love this dish rack. Almost didn't buy it because of the price, but I'm so glad I did. It's not configured like a conventional dish rack. The "prongs" allow you to arrange dishes, glasses, and anything else any way you want. It doesn't need a separate drain. It comes with one attached underneath (removable for cleaning) that has a chute to send water into the sink. It's so easy to clean, too.

It would be great if this product was available in a black color, maybe a stainless steel. I really like that it holds lots of items and that you can rotate the drain underneath to better fit your available counter space.

The water tray is so small it’s always overflowing into my counter. The rack also sits flat. To me, one side should be higher than the other to encourage the water to drain. It’s constantly turning pink from sitting water. I’m going back to the cheapo rack. So mad at myself for wasting this much money on a rack.

Its nice size but WAAAAY too much for it to still leak!!!!! Super disappointed in that, Theres a small gap underneath where the drain is and all the water just leaks out.

Great at first, but have had it for a while now and the bottom tray that is supposed to drain the water is only held by two small plastic pegs and they are so loose now. The tray keeps falling off from the weight of the water and I end up with a pool of water on my counter. Good for a short while only, I have to look for a new one now.

Meh

REH - 1 year ago, Verified purchaser
First the good: This holds a lot of dishes and fits well into my sink. Next the bad: It has to be tipped to drain and since not all the water drains out, it gets moldy between the pegs that hold the dishes. It is hard to clean between the pegs to get the mold out. In addition, the pegs are brittle and two of them have broken. OXO - back to the drawing board.

The dish rack is of solid build, but is poorly design. The water does not drain properly and instead pools, which defeats the purpose of a dish rack. I have to empty the water out of mine after every use. For the price, this dish rack is definitely not worth it.

Have to tilt to drain it

2 out of 5 stars
Mom - 2 years ago, Verified purchaser
Wanted to like this, especially for the price (too high for the quality unfortunately). I bought this to replace our drainer that broke after 10 years. This does not drain unless you tilt it, which leads to mold and grossness pretty fast. Silverware has a difficult time balancing in the holder and frequent falls out (particularly our knives). Currently researching a replacement.....

I was super excited about the drainage situation on this, but it doesn't drain into the sink! It just holds the water in the drain pan. We tried propping the back two legs up, but couldn't get it to drain without it being much much higher. I normally love OXO and love the space and versatility of this, but will be returning, sadly.

Needs design improvement

Good materials but needs better drainage. Water can collect around three of the perimeter sides before dropping to the pan underneath. You need to tilt the rack to empty the collected water. The solid outer channels need drainage slots similar to the rest of the rack. Otherwise, it holds dishes and utensils quite well.

Looks cute, but not functional for long.

This looks sleek and is functional for a while. Slowly the lower tray stays snapped for a shorter time periods and the water constantly leaks all over your counter. Too pricy for this quality. I would not purchase this product.

A bit pricey, but I like it so far! The design is very sleek and different compared to the standard wiring dish racks. It’s also a great size. The one thing I would recommend is adding height to the back legs or tilting it a bit (see photos) to ensure drainage. I propped the legs on top of my silicone mat lip so the water goes down quicker and smoother.

This is a good-looking, functional dish rack. It drains well and stays clean. I'd recommend it, even though the price is a little steep; it's worth it.
