They're really easy to clean, either by quickly scrubbing them down in the sink or just throwing them in the dishwasher. I like that they're essentially "reversible" so you can choose which side you prefer to use without it ever touching the surface. These are wide enough to fit a whole sheet pan of cookies, or two 8 or 9-inch cakes. Things cool quickly on them.

This rack made some great, crispy chicken wings baked at 425. However, the chicken wing residue was far from non-stick and quite a chore to clean, even after soaking in the sink. Price you pay for non-soggy wings in the oven I guess.

What I found really helpful though is it's oven safe. Since the air can circulate around the food while on the rack it keeps the bottoms crispy rather than getting soggy. You can bake foods that you would normally fry like breaded chicken cutlets or chicken tenders. It's amazing.

It doesn't sit flat to the ground so it gets better air circulation to help with cooling. I actually have used it several times to cook bacon in the oven and the extra distance from the pan helps the grease drip off and keep things crispy. On top of that, clean up is a breeze. I may need another one.

It is the perfect resting place for a full batch of cookies. It sits securely on a baking sheet and helps veggies roast evenly. It has handles that make it easy to transfer. Once I'm done using it, it washes easily with a little soap and hot water, otherwise I put it in the dishwasher. The versatility and quality is what sets this product above other cooling racks and it's earned it a permanent spot in my kitchen.

It is a good size, just a little larger than most of my standard sheet pans that I typically use with a rack. Overall, it has been a good rack. Helps with even baking and crisping up food in the oven, such as oven fried chicken. The only think I would change is make it a more universal size to pair with other sheet pans.

I needed a cooling rack that could not only hold something cooked in a 13x9 pan, but that could be placed in a rimmed baking sheet to save space. This product delivered! I can cool anything I bake in or out of the pan with no problem as this rack allows baked good to slide off easily and there is no worry that my creations will be destroyed! I use this to cool cakes and cornbread.
