The smell is fine; the container is not and the size is smaller than the container that we see. I noticed it turning and used a flathead to pop it out.

This stuff is amazing. I've enjoyed the og cocoa butter balm but found the scent to be too strong or clash with my other fragrances. This scent is so yummy and neutral and goes with everything scent wise. I apply it everywhere when I need a extra boost of moisture and my skin is so soft and smooth. I even apply to my face with no issues. Never broke out or clogged my skin. This is the superior way to slug at night. Just amazing all around from dry feet to face to whole body. 10/10 highly recommend.

Long time used of Palmers balms. Love this product. Have used the butter balms for decades. Use for winter dry skin. Use for taming fly away fine hair. It’s great for keeping elbows , feet, knees all soft and smooth . Been a facial moisturizer for decades. This new Tahitian vanilla is like the other Palmer butters , fantastic!

This is one of my favorite body balms & it smells so good! I'm so glad palmers came out with a vanilla scent I'm hoping they do a pistachio scent next.

Absolutely love this! As someone with highly sensitive, itchy skin this body balm is a god send! My skin has suffered so much these past few years from hard water and premenopausal hormone changes. My skin gets extremely dry and itch to the point I’m taking Benadryl after every shower. I use coconut oil/ sugar as exfoliate in the shower and pat dry then apply this product and my skin truly feels and looks amazing! I highly recommend and you can’t beat the price! The scent it very minimal and won’t interfere with your body spray or perfumes. Anything Palmers puts out I will always try!

I really like this product. I also have the body lotion and oil in this scent, smells so good but also more importantly is very moisturizing. I hope you make a body wash in this scent

Absolutely perfect! The scent is a lush, warm, sexy, true vanilla. The solid lotion applies easily and absorbs well. Skin feels very soft after using. I highly recommend!

Great skin feels like butter

The texture is definitely as described a bomb but quickly absorbed into the skin. It doesn’t feel heavy at all very lightweight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a fan of Palmer’s Cocoa Butter products for years and was excited to receive a complimentary jar of Tahitian Vanilla Moisture Drenching Body Balm from Palmer’s for trial. Upon opening the tub, the delicious scent of Vanilla mixed with Cocoa and Shea Butters wafted into the air and I could not wait to apply this fantastically scented balm to my very dry skin. This is an extremely thick balm, appearing almost solid in the jar so I used a spatula, which wasn’t included, to remove the balm from the plastic tub. The balm liquifies as it comes in contact with the warmth of my skin and literally melts into my skin, immediately drenching my dry, thirsty skin with hydrating moisture. It does leave a slight oily residue on my skin as it contains mineral oil but, the residue doesn’t transfer to my clothes unless I over apply. I have been using this balm on my arms, elbows, legs, and feet for about 3 weeks now and I am seeing a noticeable improvement in the dry, flakiness of my skin. I particularly enjoy applying this cream after my evening bath, my skin drinks it up and then feels silky, soft, and flexible, instead of dry or tight. It also eliminates my dry skin itch after bathing or shaving. A little balm will go a long way, which I appreciate. Packaged in an 7.25 oz wide mouth tub, this balm is a great value for the price point and will last for many applications. Palmer’s Tahitian Vanilla Moisture Drenching Balm is an excellent hydrating balm for anyone with dry skin and I would definitely recommend it!

It’s made for your skins dryest ares. A little goes a long way, and it seriously locks in moisture all day. I especially like to apply on my rough spots like cuticles, elbows, knees, and heels. It smells nice and it’s very moisturizing. My skin does feel kind of greasy after applying it. Not sure I’d use this all the time. Maybe if my skin is just super dry.

Oh my, it's vanilla, but not your everyday vanilla. It's all grown up and makes me feel wonderful. Because this is a balm, it is normal for the texture to be thick and almost seem oily at first. Don't let that fool you; the balm melts right into the skin without feeling sticky or slippery. It leaves the skin hydrated, soft, with a subtle glow and an amazing scent. I'd definitely recommend it.
