It’s a classic for a reason, it really does keeps things from sticking as long as you are not cooking too high. I find it’s best at medium/ medium-high at most. Does a great job keeping eggs from sticking to my stainless steel pan. I wish I could find this formula in a non-aerosol can.

I've used Pam for many years (!) and it remains tried and true. I prefer to use it for baking over flour- or butter-type sprays suggested for baked goods because it leaves no flour-y or buttery residue. A little high in price, but a kitchen staple for sure.
