Q: The description says these are "12 Inches (L), 28 Inches (H)" and "Stands 12in high for easy placement". If stem stands 12" high, what is 28"? Is the entire stem 28" but the grass part is 12"?

These work well (3 stems) with the Project 62 white ceramic vase. There is an awkward spot at the end of this mantle, between a tv and a window. Needed something that wasn’t too wide and had some height. This worked great! They did shed a little out of the box but I assume that is expected.
