I first bought this a few years ago. Recently, it was knocked across my bathroom and broke so I quickly replaced it. I knew I didn't want to look for a different trimmer. I wanted that exact same one. It works well in the shower. It keeps a charge for days. It has several length settings (my husband's favorite feature). It is light weight, and easy to hold. Also, it lasts for years. I only wish there was a shower holder for it. I hope this product is never discontinued.
width of blade is too tiny. you have to oil the blade and take the blade off to oil. i have a Norelco for years and doesn't require any of this extra work and still works. the panasonic will no longer charge. i've had it for 7 months. i don't like it.

I bought this last year to replace an aging Norelco beard trimmer (still works, but battery no longer holds a charge). First, let me say that none of my complaints have anything to do with the build quality or performance of this Panasonic trimmer. It's well-made, with a crazy long battery life. Instead, I'd just like to focus on the results of using it and it's not good. It doesn't matter how many times you go over an area, I guarantee this trimmer will still a few hairs. Sometimes it will miss an entire area. It's easily the worst trimmer I've ever owned. If you buy this trimmer, you will be disappointed!

It's sturdy like similar new Panasonic products. It does any standard trimming that you need done accurately and has a fair range of lengths built conveniently in. All trimmers are "supposed" to be lubed, so the fact that they added a small bottle in doesn't phase me a bit. I keep it nearby and use it once in while. These are standard stainless blades and most of us have owned a set or 9 in the past and they last relatively lond when we don't remember or know to lube them so I'm sure these will last extra long. And that's about the long of it. They cost enough to be quality, but they're cheap enough to provide affordable precision care. The end.
