When using this product

When using this product : skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time.,avoid unnecessary sun exposure and use a sunscreen,avoid contact with the eyes, lips and mouth,avoid contact with hair and dyed fabrics, which may be bleached by this product,skin irritation may occur, characterized by redness, burning, itching, peeling, or possibly swelling. Irritation may be reduced by using the product less frequently or in a lower concentration.

Directions

Wet area to be cleansed. Apply acne wash and gently massage area for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with 1 application daily, then gradually increase to 2 or 3 times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of both products and ask a doctor.

    Top tier!

    I use this as my 2nd cleanser, after i use a nice ceramide, creamy one to remove my makeup first & when i say this is the ONLY face wash that has helped me with my postpartum/combination skin. I’m 34 & never really struggled with acne of any sort by the grace of god. But after having kids- hormones change & this has helped me with both my cystic acne & hormonal.

    Great for preventing underarm odor

    This will be a bit of an unconventional review, because I don’t use this face wash on my face. I use it under my arms to help prevent body odor. Just apply and let it stay on for a few minutes. It does an excellent job, and it’s not drying. It’s plenty gentle for my skin. One caveat is that it will bleach your towels, so be careful of that. Otherwise, it’s excellent and a great value for the money.

    Heads up! This can bleach fabrics

    I’m happy with the product so far but just a heads up-the peroxide can “bleach” fabrics if you accidentally get it on it. (Towels, wash cloths, fabric shower curtains, etc.) I learned the hard way and found a dark grey wash cloth completely faded by the next day because I didn’t rinse it out thoroughly.

    Kicks Acne Butt!

    This is the most effective cleanser I have ever found for quick acne help, and long term maintenance! I recommend only using it in the shower because it has bleached my clothes and towels. I use this as my first cleanse, and follow up with a hydrating cleanser after to add some moisture back in. This is truly a great product!
