Used this in combo with Daily Moisture 2-in-1 shampoo. Seems really hydrating but weighs heavy on my hair. Made my hair shiny and soft but also hard, wiry, dry and crispy in other areas especially on my ends. sometimes smells good, other times I swear makes me smell like a wet dog that’s been outside. Can make my hair fluffy which I kind of liked but also frizzy and does make me lose my natural waves. I did experience a lot more hair shedding in between wash days. I don’t like that. Overall, It’s okay. But not the greatest out there for me and kind of actually expensive for the amount you get in it. I think due to my hair experiences and that Pantene is not certified animal cruelty-free or cruelty-free at all, and also importantly their vision and motivated direction does not reflect what I want for my hair or for me. Gonna have to say goodbye, Pantene. It was kind of nice using you for awhile.

I bought this just 5 days ago and by far this has been better for my hair than any other conditioner I have ever used. My hair is super long down past my butt and the only problem I have is I have to use a lot of conditioner… so it’s going to be hard on my pocket book to keep buying this product but to have my hair feel so silky it’s worth it …. Also want to add that my hair is white and it makes my hair shine out in the sunlight…

I used this with the daily moisture 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner. Pantene makes my hair fall out A LOT in the shower and SHED a lot everyday in between hair wash days. So that’s alarming. This makes my hair somewhat soft and manageable but still frizzy and a little dry at the ends but somewhat shiny hair and more volume than other brands I’ve tried. The scent smells good in the bottles and when I’m washing/conditioning but on my hair air drying and when it’s dry, Pantene makes me smell like a wet dog that’s been outside. So I don’t think it’s going to work for me. Also, I can’t with the whole not being animal cruelty free. It’s 2022.

We do apologize that you are having the issues with hair loss and the smell of the product. We have found that it is normal to lose between 50 and 100 hairs a day. Extensive hair loss can result from hormonal changes (for example, after childbirth), illness, infections, stress and medication. Extensive hair loss may also be due to genetics. I will be sharing your concerns about this product with the rest of the Pantene Team.

I don’t write reviews, but I read them every time I buy an item. This is AMAZING! My hair is silky soft and almost damage free after the first wash. 0 weight or residue. I have always loved Pantene products but this is by far the best I’ve used of any brand in the last 38 years. For reference I have long, thick, yet somewhat fine hair. I color it every 8-12 weeks and have dry skin and scalp so my hair can get dry on the ends quickly.

Shrunk my hair to nothing. I have thin curly hair ( Shoulder length) and I thought this product would moisturize and smooth my hair. It was like regular conditioner till I washed with Luke wam water. Once I turned on the hot water ( not on hair) to finish my shower I could feel the hair shrink up in the steamy shower. My hair looked short and frizzed up when I came out of the shower.
