very easy to put together, just 3 pieces. good sturdy post and inner workings. love the parasol style, so easy to put up and down. This umbrella is very nice for the price. Quality of construction is better than expected. The actual umbrella could be a bit thicker - but replacement canopies are cheap. I expect to get a number of years of use out of this. Also - color was true to the image on the site. see moreof Jacob's review

Beware,, nothing is wood. It's all plastic! I've bought this umbrella in years past from Target and it was always a nice wood/canvas one. This is nothing like that. But I'll keep it, not worth sending it back. Not a happy online shopper. see moreof Brookes's review
