Partake Gluten Free Classic Pancake & Waffle Mix - 10oz

For being allergen friendly, it was surprisingly good. Added some butter and maple syrup on top and it was delicious. I’ve tried many gluten free pancakes and this is the best one yet.

Eating it now. Texture is like a sponge with flavor to match. Disappointing.

I wanted to like this brand but the pancakes turned out thick and heavy. I could tell by the texture of the batter, that they would not be light and fluffy. The overall flavor was pretty good, though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved all the healthy ingredients. I didn’t feel bloated after eating them. I wish the birthday cake flavor would’ve had larger sprinkles because they somewhat blended in with the batter (but that’s only if I’m being picky). The regular ones were a hit for breakfast and I even added in additional items to customize them to my liking.

Great pancake mix, was enjoyed by the entire family!

I followed the directions perfectly, no good. It was chewy, thick, dry and cardboard looking and tasting. I tried to then add water, tried decreasing water, bigger pancake, smaller pancake, add a drop of oil, add some butter but no matter what I did it just was not enjoyable and the texture was just weird. I tried literally everything to make this work for my child. No good.

The batter was thick and gummy, the pancakes end up dense.Even with doctoring then up ( vanilla extract etc) it tasted like clay. There are better vegan and gluten free mixes.

After having to cut dairy and soy from my diet, I finally found a pancake mix that was safe and has limited ingredients! The taste takes a little bit of getting used to, but if you add syrup it tastes pretty yummy! I actually prefer these over regular pancakes now.

Tastes great, nice and fluffy, no gums or lecithins love the ingredients!

I Love that I can purchase these in a store! Before I had to order online and pay for shipping! For us with egg and gluten allergies this is perfect! The taste is superb with a little added cinnamon, vanilla extract and ground flax! So glad we can now enjoy pancakes!!!

Really like how easy it is to make the pancakes by just adding water and mixing. The flavor is neutral, so it can be good for a sweet or salty mix. Love this product!

I have been waiting for a vegan pancake mix for so long, that's actually so simple to make and also taste good.

This mix makes edible pancakes that you can share with all of your gentle friends. I’ve been to the dark side, and have had the chance to enjoy the glutinous, dairy filled joy that is what pancakes have always intended to be. Partake did not give me that same terrible joy, but it’s not the worst you could do as far as taste and texture. It’s probably the best you could do if you have to please many mouths with different allergies. It’s maybe also a good option to use to introduce your sweet, gentle infant to pancakes. Nice to know. I don’t need to eat these again though. Also, pricey as well.

Finally a waffle mix that fits my diet and doesn't stick like glue to my waffle iron! They are tasty, have great flavor, and my whole family likes them! A bigger package would be nice!

I like that this mix doesn't contain rice flour and that it is also dairy free. The pancakes turned out fine, but I added an egg since we are able to eat eggs, and I also added a spoon of oil. I can't say how it would turn out without any egg or at least a flax egg replacement. The reason I will not buy this mix again is that it doesn't contain enough mix. If you follow their instructions, you will be able to make one batch of pancakes only. Then you will have some leftover, but not enough to make a second batch according to their recipe. Why would they do that? Why wouldn't they put enough for their customers to be able to follow the recipe they have provided on the box? I ended up just improvising and using the whole box with my own recipe. And it will absolutely not make 7 servings like they claim. We are a family of 4, and it was barely enough. I don't recommend this mix to anyone wanting to feed a family.
