These are by far the worst pancakes I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried every brand of gluten free and allergen friendly mix. Do not waste your money. The pancakes don’t cook on the inside no matter how long you cook them.

I tried waffles and they were awful. Uncooked on the inside. I tried pancakes too and the same thing happened. No matter how long I cooked them (which was 20 minutes for one at one point) they were raw inside.

Pancakes from this batch do not rise. Lot#: 104116 Best By: 09/11/2024 They stay very thin. The outside actually gets crispy while the inside remains gooey and sticky. Not very pancake-like and definitely not something I would want to eat. I hope the problem can be fixed. This used to be a wonderful product.

Mine were so gooey inside. Not sure if I got a bad box but all of my pancakes turned out like this. I followed instructions then added more mix hoping they would be different but everyone was cooked on outside and not cooked on the inside. Super disappointed..Will not buy again and take my chances.

I enjoy products that are cruelty and allergy free because my family deserves the best in food quality. These pancakes taste like regular pancakes which is something I enjoyed. The flavor is also comparable but with the added health benefits. The butter and pancake syrup was easy to spread as well. I highly recommend this pancake and waffle mix.

They had a good taste but the only thing I didn't like was how thin the pancakes were. Not sure if it was because the ingredients but that is the only thing I would change if possible.

This is one of the best gf pancake mixes that I have had that doesn't have tons of bad of ingredients. The pancakes hold together well and are thicker than most gf pancake mixes. The flavor is great. I think any comments complaining about lack of flavor are because they're use to pancakes with tons of added sugar, which this doesn't have. Even my husband who can eat gluten says these are great.
