I was so excited to try these, especially since they're vegan and gluten-free. Unfortunately, the product fell flat (literally). The pancakes turned out thin and almost tasted like PlayDough. The "confetti" sprinkles also didn't really hold up well and instead melted into the mix. Disappointing.

First time tasting this pancake mix and I personally didn’t like it. No flavor at all and the confetti shows when water is added but there’s not much in there. I wanted to continue supporting this Black business but I’ll just stick to buying the cookies. Also it’s very expensive for the little amount of mix that’s provided as well.

My son has food allergies so we eat a lot of allergy friendly mixes and foods… but this was not good at all! You couldn’t tell they had confetti and they tasted very bland. Not sure how I could have fixed it, but I feel like it should taste good without being fixed. We love all their other products however. Still a go to brand- just not for pancakes!

This is my first time trying Pancake Mix with these ingredients. I’m not sure if I’m use to the original Tasting Mixes but I the flavor wasn’t Bad or Amazing. The taste reminded me of oatmeal Pancakes. I did add some Syrup and Made the Mix with Water.

I have no idea how these get any bad reviews i have a gluten sensitivity and dont like most gluten free items im also vegan so its super hard to find stuff sometimes these are the BEST boxed pancakes iv ever had even including flour ones like bisquick i grew up getting these are so good the whole family loves them and they are like fail proof. If they dont taste like anything maybe do a plant milk instead of water and you can add sugar if you notice they do not have a lot of sugar at all. But you can always add stuff to the batter. It is a glue like consistency but its because of the tapioca. It honestly helps them when they are being poured and i feel helps them cook better. These are honestly the easiest pancakes to make. I buy a few boxes make a bunch sunday night and pop em in the fridge to put in the toaster during the week. MUST TRY this new home staple!

So gross. I’ve had a lot of gluten free pancake mixes. There are some good ones out there that taste just as good as regular pancakes. These had a weird bitter taste and gummy mushy consistency.

I found this mix at Target a few days ago and was super excited to be able to try it because I'm vegan and usually have to make pancakes from scratch. The first thing I noticed is how weird they smell. I'm very sensitive to smell, so the smell made me extremely nauseous. The pancakes cooked well and came out good, but they didn't really have any taste. (The bad smell mostly did go away after cooking though) Honestly as a vegan, I tend to not let myself have high expectations for certain vegan foods, so I wasn't so surprised... I lathered them with maple syrup and all was good. So all in all, probably wouldn't buy again because there's no taste so it's not worth putting up with the smell.
