The crown jewel in the kitchens of Indian royalty is Korma - a mellow, yet surprisingly rich curry.
Keep in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight at room temperature.
Needed: A pack of Patel's Korma Cooking Sauce. 3 cut chicken breasts. 1-1/2 cup water. 4 tbsp cream. For a vegetarian curry substitute chicken with 300 g mixed veggies (broccoli, peas, cauliflower, potatoes, etc).
1. In a saucepan, add chicken, Patel's Korma Cooking Sauce and water, mix well and simmer on medium high heat for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is tender and desired sauce consistency is achieved. 2. Add cream and simmer uncovered for 30 seconds. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro leaves and serve hot with naan bread, steamed rice or pita bread. Try it as a filling for a savory, crispy crust pie.
