Q: Hey! I bought a different Hearth and Hand rug because the color was off. It looked white online but was very yellow-y when we laid it out. Can anyone comment on the color of this rug? Does it have a yellow undertone or is it a true white? Thank you!

I like this rug, we use it in a fairly low traffic area (home office where we mostly sit). It's cute and the texture allows for office chair wheels to roll on it fairly easily. It is not the easiest to vacuum though.

Terrible quality, do not buy! The piling will start immediately, even if you vacuum with the brushes off. I purchased a whole set of these, 8x10, runner and 2x3 and all 3 are trash. Customer service was not able to do anything for me. Worthless.

This rug is very poor quality and the beautiful look does NOT last, even with light traffic and proper care, it will quickly and dramatically show signs of wear. I loved the look of this rug and was thrilled with it in my bedroom. Within just days, it had signs of wear just from walking on it in socks. Within months, it looks old and is horribly pilled as others have noted. Skip this one

Gorgeous rug. It is white, white so if you have children or pets - beware. Could not beat the price on the 7’x10’ and the quality is great. It is a heavier rug so it doesn’t slide around and the corners don’t curl up.

Very disappointed. Rug is dirty to the point where the marks can’t be removed and many yarn defects of black yarn woven in and if you try to remove the surrounding stitches pull up ruining it even more. Overall poor quality and will be returning. You really get what you pay for but for this quality still overpriced. I wouldn’t pay more than $50.

I love this rug very much I have only had it a couple of weeks and vacuumed at once without a beater bar. the rug is placed underneath my dining room table. the braids are very interesting the way they are put together adds new detail. this rug came shipped very well it arrived very clean and flattened to the floor very fast. I have sprayed the rug with a fabric protectant since it is below the table. the fabric this rug is made out of is very soft to walk on.
