A: Yes. The helmet has an adjustable dial fit on the back of the helmet to secure properly on the head. The straps on the side are also adjustable. The helmet is intended for ages 3-5, and the adjustability will help to properly fit children's' growing heads.

NOT SAFE. We had this helmet perfectly adjusted for my son, he fell on his scooter this week face first and the visor on it made it so the helmet lifted up and exposed his forehead to hit the concrete. This is the injury he received, from a helmet that should've protected his head. I'm just thankful it wasn't worse. He won't be wearing it again.

It is tiny, this shouldn't be for 3 to 5 it should be for 1 to 3. It would be great for a 1 or 2 year old maybe.

Maybe my kid just has a massive head, but this doesn’t even begin to fit my 2 year old. It barely even fits my 18 month old. It’s a great helmet, but I wish we would have tried it on before purchasing.
