No problems putting it together. No missing parts. Finished product looks nice. Sisal rope is not very thick so not sure how long the scratching posts will last. The color was good but that was about it. The directions were a nightmare, we were missing an integral part, and in the end, we assembled it the way we could and threw away about 1/4 of the parts. Next time I want to see the item with my own eyes before I buy.
