I absolutely love Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Shells! They are so easy to use; just thaw, cut, fill, and bake. I love my great-grandmother's recipe for Spanakopita, but I don't have time for layering phyllo dough. With this puff pastry, I am able to make delicious spinach pie with a flaky, tender crust. It is also perfect for vegetable pot pie or desserts.

I like to bake and sometimes I will use short cuts with products that I definitely cannot replicate like puff pastry. It has a flaky texture and light and crisp flavor. It can be used in both sweet and savory dishes. The packaging may be plain but doesn't need to be flashy.

It is very tasty and aromatic. I bought this dough for the first time and did not regret it, and I will definitely buy it again. It is very easy and convenient to work with it. There are instructions on how to defrost and cook it on the back of the package. This dough definitely makes life easier, when you want something tasty, you can cook it very quickly with the help of this dough. Very pleasant taste, nice crispy texture. This is the best puff pastry you can buy. I use it to top a pie or make a baked brie. The pastry is flaky and I love that there is paper between the dough so it doesn't stick as it thaws.
