I paid full price for this rug just before it went on sale but I’m very happy I didn’t miss out on it by waiting. The colours are modern and the pattern is redolent of an antique tribal rug. As I have it a high traffic area near an external door, I really would have liked an extra smaller matching rug to go on top to catch dirt. But the smaller size may have sold out before I ordered. However as the pile is looped and tufted I’m hoping it will prove to be a practical choice. I love this rug as it has transformed the space.
This rug is absolutely gorgeous however I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks now & I am a bit concerned. I have noticed a few small places on the edges where the wool seems to be loosening almost like a sweater will snag. Im always switching out my rugs due to having pets. Even though they are house trained, accidents happen plus going in & out brings dirt & wear. This is the 1st wool rug I’ve purchased, they’ve always been plush. I just vacuumed this rug for the 1st time & I’m unsure how much of it should be vacuuming up but I am quite surprised at all the teal color in my vacuum container. I’m going to attempt to add a photo of this for reference. While this rug is beautiful I just worry about quality & longevity. I hate to rate it badly but hopefully my review will help explain. I guess my recommendation is yes because of beauty, pattern & color but again just unsure of longevity
I was drawn to this rug because of the pattern and colors. It has really brightened up my living room and has added a funky eclectic vibe to the space, bc of the pattern.
The rug is thick and seems like it will hold up to well over time. I highly recommend!
