Chewy. Fluffy. Yum.

I grew up in WI with a doting grandfather that preached how much better sandwiches were on fresh Kaiser rolls. It stuck with me, and these are my sandwich go-to. My kids are equally obsessed. Chewy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and the petite size is perfect for everything and anything. My daughter just eats them plain, and my son prefers these for all sandwiches- BLTs, salami, summer sausage, chicken patties, hamburgers…. I’m the same as him, and sometimes will revert to my childhood and have one with butter and ham, or just a couple slices of cheese. My son actually just started cutting them in half and making little pizzas- “like pizza bagels, but better”, he says. Even my grumpy husband is a Kaiser roll convert. SO GOOD…. And now I want a sandwich….

Great size for sandwiches

They are the perfect size for a sandwich! Most Kaiser rolls are too big. This lets you have a better proportion of filling to bread. They are light and fluffy with a mild flavor.
