Our story begins with local dairy farmers near Beaver Dam, WI and Lowville, NY who take pride in their products. They supply Philly with fresh milk, which we combine with real cream. The entire process from farm to creamery takes just six days. But we don't stop at farm fresh milk and real cream. We also never add artificial preservatives, flavors or dyes in any of our cream cheese spreads. So in the end, everything just seems a little bit better with the creamy taste of Philly.
I have been using 1/3 less fat Philly for years and love it. A week ago, we opened a new tub and found it to be really runny, not spreadable. The taste was a little "off," not bad, just bland. I wrote it off to a processing glitch and threw it away. Yesterday, we bought another tub - with the same result. The latest tub - which is on its way out also - is marked F 002 01:44 F18. What is going on with my Philly?
