Philips 900J 6-Outlet Surge Tap - White

When I was plugging in the electrical plugs, they were not going in. It took a lot of force to finally have it pop in correctly, making me wonder if this is the norm. It's working well.

Great for under the counter wall outlet.

Did not last past 90 days. I thought my outlet was faulty. Turns out it was this product. Replaced it with another and haven't had any issues. Phillips was a horrible choice. Not even worth returning. Just a lesson learned.

I like the availability of 6 plug-ins, except they are sideways high eliminates some of the things you can plug in, like air fresheners. Took a start off because it doesn’t work with grounded bathroom outlets, the prongs aren’t spaced right to plug it in.

This product does not work for any of my chargers. Waste of time. Returning

The slim design fits perfectly behind my tv stand and it holds securely against the wall. It works great in extending my current outlet and what can be plugged in! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips 900J 6-Outlet Surge Tap works great! We use it as a charging station for cell phones and love that it keeps all of our devices safe. Both of my college students have one for their dorm room.

It definitely got the job done. However, the surge protector doesn’t fit snug into the wall outlet. I tugged on my phone charger wire to mimic me tossing and turning in bed while scrolling through my phone, and I was only able to tug on it 5 times before the entire thing fell out of the outlet. Is this common for surge protectors? I don’t understand why each individual plug fits snug but the connection from the surge protector to the wall outlet is loose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a basic six outlet surge tap. This is for someone who does not want any bells and whistles. It works, but it needs some improvements. The first improvement I think it should have is some kind of light on it to let me know that it is actually working or not working. I also had a really hard time plugging things into the surge tap. I had to kind of force the cords into the surge tap when using it and I don’t think I should’ve had to do that. Other than that it does what it is supposed to do.

The slight drawback, for me personally, is that at times I need to unplug one cord and it is hard to pull it out without disturbing the other cords. But this doesn’t happen often, so the design far outweighs this one small problem.
