DOES NOT CLOSE PROPERLY!
Positive out of the glass bottles is they are durable. I have accidentally dropped them and they have some dents/chips but not serious damage. Very big negative is they do leak!! I’ve lost so much milk or the baby does not eat the proper amount and it spills everywhere. It crossthreads and the nipple part pops off dropping milk everywhere. It’s a constant issue!!

The NB slow flow is incredibly slow flow. My baby got very frustrated. I could barely squeeze a drop out. My friend said she had the same issue with these bottles. Normally don’t review but want to save another mama the trouble. Was looking forward to a glass option but just ended up with our tried and true from previous babies.

The products great...but...
This products great and I have bought many many many bottles in both the 4oz and the 8oz. There's never any smells that stick around from older milk being left in them, they're easy to clean, and they don't scratch. I've even dropped these bottles from waiste height and they haven't broken. HOWEVER... the quality control needs work. I've also thrown many of these bottles away from faults when we purchased them. The lip of one of our bottles isn't right and the ring WILL NOT tighten all the way and then splashes milk everywhere when you're shaking it. We've also experienced many bottles that have come with very very small cracks in them.

I've been using the Philips Avent glass bottle and overall I'm happy with it. The glass feels very thick and durable, and I like that it heats up milk faster than plastic bottles. The only downsides are that it's noticeably heavier than plastic bottles. Also, make sure the nipple is properly aligned with the bottle before tightening the ring. If it's not lined up correctly, the bottle can leak. Overall, it's a high-quality glass bottle and a great choice if you prefer glass, just be aware of the extra weight and take a second to ensure everything is assembled correctly

Not compatible with bottle washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They seemed like a nice bottle. We were so excited to use them, but we have a baby Breda bottle washer and apparently the two do not mix. It took me a little bit to notice but within a week, every bottle had a crack in it. I bought more bottles thinking maybe it was just a bad batch, but those all cracked when I washed them in the bottle washer. I so badly wanted to love them. They seemed to clean up nicely. They’re a little heavier, which is to be expected.

Frustrating Rings That Cost Me Ounces of Milk
After using these bottles for the past 7 months, I have pretty mixed feelings. I specifically wanted glass bottles and was looking for an alternative to the MAM glass bottles. I never loved the more oblong nipple shape on those and wanted something that would better support breastfeeding without encouraging nipple preference in my mostly breastfed baby. On that front, these have been excellent. The Natural Response nipples worked very well for us. My son was about 99% breastfed when we started using them, and he transitioned between breast and bottle without issue. I primarily used the Flow 2 nipples and occasionally tried Flow 3, but I noticed he started getting frustrated at the breast when using the faster-flow nipples regularly. After switching back to Flow 2, he did much better. At 7 months old, he’s now about 80% bottle fed and still does well with these nipples. He can put away 6 ounces or so in 15 minutes. The bottles themselves are also great. The glass is sturdy, the nipples don’t leak, and they have held up beautifully through months of daily use. I also appreciate that they’re compatible with my Spectra pump. My biggest complaint, and it’s a major one, is the screw rings or collars. They’re simply too smooth and don’t grip well enough. Even if you think it’s tight, they leak. If you try to tighten them more, they can slip past the threads and end up loose again. Some mention lining up the vent on the nipple, retightening after warming, or not warming with the screw tips on. None of it makes a difference. One “paw” at the bottle while the baby’s feeding, and the whole bottle dumps. I lost count of how many ounces of precious breast milk ended up dumped all over him, me, furniture, and floors. I’ve since ordered replacement rings that other parents reported solved the problem, and honestly, I’d recommend doing that from the start. The bottle and nipple system itself is excellent, but the ring design has been frustrating enough that I seriously considered switching brands. If Philips Avent improved the rings, these would easily be one of my favorite glass bottle options on the market.

Just screw the tops on carefully.
I had a huge problem with leaking early on but since I always refrigerate pumped milk and warm it up before each feed, the moisture from heating helps seal it properly. I think the glass on silicone combo grips when dry and creates a gap for milk to leak through. 5 months of use so far and no cracking or issues otherwise.

feeding take 4x as long with these
We bought these for our formula-fed newborn after leaving the hospital, and were confused that he seemed to be eating less all of a sudden. Eventually after some testing of these and other bottles, we realized that the "natural response nipples", which only release formula when the baby sucks and release zero under any other circumstances, slow down the rate at which the baby feeds by a massive amount-- for us it takes 4x or even 5x as long for the baby to drink the same amount of formula using these nipples vs other nipples. Maybe for some babies that would be a good thing, if you have unlimited time. In our case, the baby drinking 60ml of formula with these took over and hour, which meant the formula was expired before it was finished. The quality of the bottles and lids is very good, though it does seem like the markings on the outside of the bottles are already showing wear despite only having been hand-washed, and only a handful of times.

Failure to Thrive; poor nipple flow
We received these as a baby shower gift and loved them at first. However, after our babies last wellness visit we will no longer be using them or recommending them. She is at the 2nd percentile in weight, and after trying the nipples our selves it's no wonder! Even as a grown man I had difficulty sucking water through( yes the hole is aligned), and it explains why she would take so long to finish a bottle (30+ minutes for 3oz). The size and quality of the glass is nice but the nipple ruins it

Failure to thrive due to extremely hard nipple flow
I will never repurchase this brand specifically because of the nipples! I love the glass bottle but the nipples are incredibly hard to suck out of. As I'm sure you've heard this particular nipple (0-2 flow) even flow 3 has had a lot of parents correlating the nipple with their baby failing to thrive. It would take my baby about 30 minutes to finish 3 ounces and it never occured to me that it was abnormal and to check the nipple flow. When I tell you trying to get any flow out of all three nipple flows was close to impossible I was fuming that I hadn't checked it sooner! I realized that my baby probably wasn't eating enough or wanted to eat because it was SO HARD FOR HER TO GET MILK FROM THE NIPPLE! She was exhausted! I would 100% steer clear from this brand and their nipples from my personal experience.

Lids pop off while feeding baby
I was feeding my baby with this bottle, and all of a sudden the lid pops off and the milk spilled all over my baby. I used these bottles for my first baby, and three months into my second baby and this happened. Clearly a product defect and I will be throwing them all away and purchasing a different brand bottles.

Horrible
I HATE, HATE, HATE these bottles. The lids are horribly designed - bulky, impossible to unscrew, dont screw on properly, and leak. We use the Dr. Brown wide-neck glass bottles. Not perfect either, but by far better.
