The trimmer worked great, but the first time I tried to plug it up to charge it, it fell apart. I put the plug into the trimmer handle and the whole thing literally broke into pieces.

Us girls love this Lil guy. Perfect size for trimming and traveling. We usually have to replace it after a year or two which is awesome. However, it is getting harder to find. We decided to go directly through Philips instead. Now, I see it has been discontinued...very disappointed!!

This trimmer is my holy grail. I have a skin condition called HS, and whenever I shave with a razor I get horrible flare ups. The epilator struggled to remove hair, and it gave me horrible razor burn. It’s also incredibly difficult to clean. Don’t waste your money.

Charger will not insert into the unit

I liked to use the epilator and it worked well for a time but now that it finally needs charging the charger that came with it will not fit into the unit to charge it so it has become useless and Philips says they cannot get me a charger. Seems like it was built-in obsolence.

Stopped working immediately

This is the second one i purchase in 3 months after the first one suddenly stopped working in november. I had the first one for 1 year and a half so i wasnt alarmed that it stopped but the second one stopped immediately and when i went to the store to return it i was told they could not take it back after a couple of day. I decided to believe that one was a fluke and i understood them not wanting to return an item that is so intimate but i never even used it. I just did not want to fight so I ordered another one and this one won't charge too! now i am upset. I went on here and said fix a problem but i was directed to return it to the store which i already know will be rejected due to it being a bikini trimmer. Frustrated. I recommend going to a different brand.

Firstly, could you fully charge the trimmer for 10 hours and then test, make sure to never charge the appliance for more than 24 hours. Instead of recharging the trimmer between trimming sessions, we advise to continue using it until the battery is completely empty, and then fully charge again. If your trimmer still does not work after the full charge, you can check that the head of your trimmer is clean. You can use the cleaning brush provided with your trimmer and remove any hair settled inside. If your device is washable then you can also put it under a tap of running water to clean it, and completely dry the trimming head before attaching it back to its body.
