It is easy to use and simple but gives me a clean close to the skin shave every time. It gets the job done quickly which is one of my favorite things about it. No messing with batteries either as it is fully rechargeable, and is water proof so you can use it in the shower or rinse it in your sink. It also saves you money as 4-6 blades is all you will need to get through a YEAR and they conviently turn a color over time to alert you to change your blade. It is versatile as well easily used to edge around ears side burns and necks. Its is small and sleek unlike most bulkey clippers and light weight. The Philips One Blade is the only razor or shaving product I will ever use again.

I RECEIVED A USED ONE BLADE! i just opened it up and put on the blade and then saw that there was hair! this is something i expected from amazon not target. I will have to buy a replacement blade but im still disappointed.

I have an older model and it worked great but this new one I just bought today did not work brand new out of the box. Yes thankfully Phillips did offer to send a replacement in the mail but did nothing to keep me as a customer and kept saying that they are sending me a brand new replacement shaver. I kept saying I hope so because this one is brand new out of the box but they did not get that the customer service should have offered something an upgraded model or replacement blade for for or something since I cannot use this one that just came out of the box

I thought this worked great for me. Yeah, you’re not going to get that super close shave but my main reason for getting this is to have something for a quick basic shave. Just to get rid of whatever growth I have. Sometimes, I’m too lazy to get all of my shaving equipment and prep for the shave. With this, I just grab it and start shaving. I previously would use an inexpensive foil shaver that wasn’t that great. It was also battery operated. This is way better. My neck is the most sensitive when it comes to shaving and I found that this did not irritate it. Really happy with this.

So I bought this item thinking Norelco has been a good brand over the years and on the box they clearly state product has 45 day worry free trial period. It was a BIG MISTAKE. So first off this product is increadibly cheaply made. Everything you touch from the dial to the start button is poorly made, cheap, plastic. The "snap on" dial feels like it could break at any second and is thin plastic and overall this is low quality junk. So I was going to return with their 45 day free no worry policy but that is basically a scam too. You have to call their 800 number to get a form that you fill out (so now you're going to end up on telemarketing lists I'm pretty certain) then fill out form and send item back via insured mail with original sales receipt and insurance is required that you pay for and 6-8 weeks after they receive it you should get a refund. So you buy this $20 shaver and spend $10 to return it and two months later you might get your money back. Very sad, Norelco used to be a great company but I'll just throw this in the trash and buy a better made product from another company (NOT norelco). The product works but feels like it's going to break pretty quickly. Again there is nothing but flimsy cheap plastic over this entire product and the snap on components.

Unfortunately, mine died after 2 months of use (using it 1 time per week). It worked pretty well the first time, but seemed to get worse with each use. Now the motor and battery are so weak making it useless.

The connectivity is useful for battery life checking, but the blade tracking feature doesn't work well (especially if you accidentally turn on your OneBlade in your carry-on and it runs continuously for 120 mins, and it tracks that whole time as blade use. Also, a lockout feature to prevent inadvertently turning on the OneBlade would be helpful for travelers. Note: the Travel case included in the purchase is too big and bulky as a travel case.
