I liked this toothbrush for the first 4 months, then it started to run really rough, and on high speed. I tried everything to reduce the intensity, but it was only temporary. I could no longer use it, it hurt my teeth and the pressure against my teeth was definitely harmful to my enamel. I hope Philips stands behind their product! It is under warranty!

The quality has gone down significantly in the last few years! I just purchased this one to replace my same model (which fell and broke otherwise was lasting great) This one is smaller and does not come with a charger plug - just a usb cord. It’s the same price but costs the consumer more in the end and is smaller. Really disappointing
