Great concept, POOR execution. I was excited to receive this grill, as it takes up verry little room packed up and has a nice size grilling area. When opened however, it was very cheaply made and the tolerance was way off, resulting in the grill gratw falling right through the frame. The corners of the grill body are very sharp and the bag is of low quality. It was difficult to get the folded grill back in the bag and it would absolutely ruin the bag in just a few uses, I'm sure. Did not get a chance to actually grill on this thing becaise it wasn't functional. Returned for refund. Don't waste your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable fold-up X-Grill by Oniva is great for grilling burgers, sausages, and simple cuts of meat. It folds up really nicely and comes with a handy over-the-shoulder carrying bag. The bag and compact design makes it very easy to take with you if you want to grill things at a tailgate, at the beach, or at a park, for example. The grill itself gets the job done well enough but leaves a few things to be desired. The grates aren't perfectly lined up with the side that holds it in place and it is a little bit wobbly since the grate is also made of three pieces attached together. The charcoal sits very close to the cooking grates so food items cook very quickly and can burn more easily, resulting in things like burgers and hotdogs working out well but not so much for more complicated food items like chicken. Ideally a cover or lid would be a great additional feature to help control airflow and to control how hot the grill gets. All in all, this X-Grill is still a very handy thing to have on hand since it can easily be stored away when not in use. I also wish the bag that it came with had a zipper or a velcro closure because as it is now, it's just a non-secure flap that tucks into the bag, allowing for the grill to slide out if it falls over.

Honestly the best thing you could buy if you love grilled foods, always go to parks, don’t have grill access at home. It’s super light weight, ultra thin for a grill and easy to carry! Gets the job done, easy clean up extremely easy assembly!! !! Disclaimer!!! Only thing and I wish I known before don’t put grill/oven cleaner on anything except the metal rack your food touches, grill cleaner is too harsh on the rest of the metal pieces and messes it up. Soap and a sponge work just fine in the rest

My husband and I purchased the X grill for a recent camping trip. We were looking for a compact grill, and this is the most compact we've seen. At first we were skeptical because of the sleek design. Will it really stand up to a Weber type grill performance? It did! It's simple, and really all you need for a small picnic or camping. It folds back nicely, and is easy to carry. I'd highly recommend this grill!
