Q: This serum should be use only ah night and with no moisturizer after? First time used, I used at day following with my day cream and it breaked me up terribly.

A: The Clarity Collection is formulated to control blemishes and minimize the appearance of pores. It helps to ensure your complexion is clear and balanced while also providing added hydration and protection to complexion. This collection is gentle enough to use together in 4 simple steps or used solo. Clarity Concentrate is formulated with a trio of acids (glycolic acid, lactic acid & salicylic acid) to gently exfoliate and also helps to prevent clogged pores, revealing clearer skin over time. It is cushioned with Aloe Vera to soothe the skin and is alcohol free. If you feel this product does not suit your skin, please discontinue use.

The approach Pixi takes when formulating products is to blend a specific cocktail of ingredients together, so although there may be a focus on an individual ingredient, that ingredient is part of a synergistic blend. The blend of ingredients is carefully selected to achieve the results and efficacy for maximum results. We don't disclose the percentage of niacinamide in our products as this is part of our formulation.

I chose this because it had the same active ingredients Azelaic acid and niacinamide as Curology products I had used and liked. But this didn't work the same for me. It did not unclog pores and did not improve my skin texture. At the same time, it also irritated my skin leaving it red and itchy.

I got this in an ipsy bundle. I normally don't have acne but when I received this serum my skin was going *through* it. This 100% saved my skin. Even though I don't normally struggle with breakouts I've still been using it nightly. My skin is just so clear and soft! I use this as the first step in my PM routine (after cleansing obv), followed by another serum, HA, CeraVe + face oil. This serum is typically out of my price range but here I am, repurchasing. Worth it! Also, I was nervous using actives. I didn't know what to expect and thought my skin was gonna all peel off lol you'd be happy to know that my skin in fact did not peel off and is glowing and thriving :)

I like this serum for my face too, but I have other products that work similarly in other steps of my skincare regimen so now I literally just buy this for my armpits! Ive been using glycolic acid toner on my underarms for a while now to prevent odor (read up on it!), but I hated that the one I used made them feel kind of sticky after applying. This serum doesn’t! It’s amazing at preventing underarm odor due to the acids, but more than that, no sticky-after feeling AND it has helped sooo much at preventing ingrown hairs on them too. I have brown skin that’s prone to hyperpigmentation and this has helped in lighten up those areas on my armpit area as well! If it didn’t work for your face, try it in your armpits :) Def recommend haha

I do not think this serum is very effective, especially for the price. My skin was already accustomed to 2% salicylic acid, so when I received this as a gift I figured I’d try to use it in place of my other bha. I was excited to try it because it also has lactic acid in it which is a very gentle chemical exfoliant as well. It didn’t work as well and I found it to be runny. I also thought it didn’t not soak well. I have hormonal acne and some closed comodones, so I will continue to use stronger exfoliants. It might be alright for a first chemical exfoliant or someone with more sensitive skin.

Okay. I absolutely LOVE this. I bought it on a whim when it was on a 'beauty day deal'. I use it every day. Does not break me out, feels great, and does what it says! I have dry, sensitive, red blotchy skin and this has been amazing. It is now my favorite skincare item I own!

I wanted to try this product out as it was part of the 14 days of beauty sale. I initially thought this was a serum that could be used daily and helped cleared acne. However, I did not realize it was basically a chemical exfoliant! I was using this along with other exfoliants throughout the week, which caused me to break out horribly. Please beware and use sparingly! For reference, I have dry/combo skin

I use the clarity concentrate with the clarity tonic toner and they leave my very oily skin soft and matte. The clarity concentrate soaks right in to my skin with no residue or oily sheen. I really like this system by Pixi and wish I had found it earlier!

Finally a product that does what it says! It gently exfoliates and balances the moisture levels in my skin. I’ve only been using it a week and have already seen improvement in my acne and skin texture. It says to use at night but it works well for me as a day treatment under my makeup. I don’t need a separate moisturizer as my skin is on the oily side. It actually doesn’t feel like I’m wearing anything on my face which is nice.

When I say this is a holy grail product, I’m not exaggerating. I saw a huge difference in my large pored, acne prone skin within one use! I’ve been using it for a week and a half, and my skin hasn’t looked this good in a long time. I’ve tried many other big name brands for acne prone skin, and nothing has worked like Pixi. Totally would recommend.

I have open pores on my chin and nose and keeping my skin looking clear is a challenge. I have had a lot of success with chemical exfoliants but wearing a mask all the time has made the pores on chin/ corner of my mouth pretty congested. I used this product in conjunction with a pore spatula. I am a convert. This is a powerful chemical exfoliant for a good value.

I have acne prone, oily skin....something I figured would end up going away as an adult. Fast forward to adulthood and still an issue -_- I happen to use the whole clarity line and I love that a little goes a long way. Just need a couple drops. Doesn't feel heavy at all and I forget I'm wearing it pretty quick. Also helping with the appearance of my pores. Men don't be afraid to try!!

OBSESSED is an understatement for how I feel about this serum! Ever since I tried it last month, I have not been able to live without it! Ultra-lightweight and so refreshing on the skin. I am often hesitant with serums which contain several acids, as I am on the sensitive side, but this left no dryness or irritation whatsoever! It actually feels really hydrating. I use the entire Clarity collection from Pixi, but this is the rockstar of the bunch. Absolute lifesaver for mask-acne and general congestion in the skin!

Wow! This serum really helped with my “maskne” - my chin has been so congested the last few months. But unlike most acne things I try, this doesn’t sting or make my skin red - actually soothing on my breakouts. And it’s invisible so no embarrassing white spots on my face!

A little goes a long way with this product and I love it! I'm a Mom that still gets adult acne here and there and I look for products to help with my oily, aging skin. I saw and felt a difference in one night! My skin looked clearer and felt smoother. Super happy!
