How to Apply:

Q: Has anyone tested the pH of these pads? (And "it's 20% glycolic acid" is not an answer. That tells me the concentration of GA, NOT the pH.)

Q: Does the peel pads supposed to feel a little soapy or lather? The previous what did not but for some reason the one I just purchased seem to be more sudsy

A: The Glow Peel Advanced Exfoliating Pads can be used as needed to exfoliate the skin. After rinsing with cool water to neutralize the pads, you can follow with Glow Tonic if your skin is used to using Glow Tonic or products with glycolic acid. You can use all of the Glow Collection products together or individually in the AM and/or PM, as needed. We always recommend using SPF in the daytime, especially when using a product with glycolic acid. If you are new to using products with glycolic acid, use the Glow products a few times per week and gradually increase use, adjusting the frequency of use based on your skin's needs. Always listen to your skin as you know it best!

A: These highly effective exfoliating pads contain 20% Glycolic acid to reveal brighter, healthier, more radiant skin over time. The recommend use is Daily in the PM. Apply to the face, neck and decollete and leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse with cool water to neutralize peel. If you are sensitive or do not use Glycolic acid often, we recommend starting a few times a week and gradually building your tolerance to everyday for the best results. Always apply SPF in the daytime, especially when using a product with Glycolic acid.

Q: I'm assuming you use this after washing your face and do you skip toner? My usual skin care routine: Cleanse, (scrub 2 times a week), toner, serum, eye cream and moisturizer.

A: Use your toner after you use the glow peel pad (after rinsing with cool water to neutralize the glycolic, of course.) This is a 3 minute AHA mask. Follow with your regular regimen.

A: Yes! Wipe your face with the pad , avoid getting in eyes. Leave on skin for 3 minutes. Then rinse well with cool water to neutralize the ingredients. Pat dry and then do your next skin care routine"moisturizer,serums, exedra" I have used these 1yr. I love them.

I use them 2-3 times a week. I put it on before bed and I dont rinse until i wake up. Some may find burns a little and my method is not for everyone. It works great for me, my skin is flawless at 43. This is a staple in my nightly skincare routine.

This is one of my favorite products. It's also the only one I've ever found with 20% glycolic. I am able to use it about once a week. If I use it more frequently, my skin gets irritated (same with Glow Tonic). When I am sticking to a schedule, I use Rose Tonic most days, Glow Tonic every 3-4 days, and Peel Pads every 1-2 weeks. Glycolic acid is a wonder for my skin but it isn't for everyone. It's probably good to try a weaker solution before moving to Peel Pads.

I love this product! Tonight was my second night trying it. I have slightly red cheeks but the main reason I got it was because I needed something to exfoliate the awful dry patches of skin on my cheeks. A few days ago I applied but only left it on for a minute so I didn’t really see results (I wasn’t a fan of the stinging). Tonight I followed the instructions and left it on for 2 to 3 minutes, it didnt sting as much and wow already my skin looks smooth, the flaky patches are gone!

I used to use the pixi glow tonic religiously and picked this up as an alternative to the liquid tonic for travel but these pads ended up completely replacing it. This produces better results and lasts much longer than the glow tonic, and I can travel with it! I use one pad every 2-3 days so one container lasts about 6 months for me.

I would not recommend this product at all if you have any type of sensitive skin. The container said a slight tingle is normal, but I couldn't even stand to have it on my face it burnt so bad. It also left a red patch on my face for a couple weeks!

These peel pads have completely changed the appearance of skin. Whenever I get a pimple, I'm always left with a pesky dark mark once it heals. I've been using the Glow Peel Pads 3-4 x's per week on a consistent basis and it's made a drastic difference in the appearance of the dark spots. My skin also feels significantly smoother. The saturated pads are in an oil based solution which makes them super comfortable to use, no irritation at all. Definitely give these a try, I'm positive you wont regret it!

I purchased Pixie Glow Peel Advanced Exfoliating Pads about a week ago and boy am I glad I did, I have no idea how bad I needed them! I was a little hesitant because I’m not familiar with the brand/quality but I definitely will be buying more products from this line. I’m 34 and have annoying combo skin that is often flaky, especially on my nose, chin and smile lines, regardless of what I do (exfoliate, moisturize, etc.) Since I started using these pads nightly my skin is soooo smooth. No flaky skin, it’s gone! My make-up goes on so smoothly now. My skin normally flakes immediately while putting make-up on, but not anymore! And a trick for those complaining about their pads drying out…Store the container upside down and it should keep your pads moist.

These peel pads have become a crucial part of my skincare routine. I’ve been using them for a little over a month and I started noticing a “glow” almost immediately. My dark spots from acne have cleared up, my skin is less oily and it is BRIGHT like never before. As some others recommend, if the top few pads feel dry, place the container upside down for a day and let them soak. I was using them daily in the beginning and I did not experience much sting at all, but went down to 3x a week. I always apply a thin layer of moisturizer after washing off the peel- otherwise I sometimes experience dryness. YOU MUST WEAR SPF DURING THE DAY WHEN USING GLYCOLIC ACID!!
