Q: The table is listed as "outdoor", but is wood and there is a lip there to hold water in it - will the top be able handle standing water from a rainfall without being damaged? has the wood been treated to handle these types of outdoor scenarios?

So glad I made this purchase, it looks great in the living room. I have a snake plant inside of a basket also purchased from Target. This stand elevates it and really shows it off. The dimensions listed are right on. Very good quality stand. Highly recommend.

Nice quality but even though I read the dimensions when I ordered this plant stand it was just too short for the size of plant that was going to sit on it. Took out of box when it arrived today. there was no damage, I left all tags on it while I decided if it’s a keeper or not. Boxed back up and brought to UPS they gave me a drop off package receipt so I have proof.

I bought this to hold my kitchen compost bin off of the floor, but it turns out I don't mind bending down to put scraps in the bin at floor level, so I recently repurposed it as a plant stand. Visitors always remark that it looks great. I've only used it indoors, but it's in the kitchen and has gotten wet by accident with no ill effects.
