Target stole my money: I bought online and I received Tupperware instead of the console. Target will NOT refund me or replace. I spent money and have no PS5. Buyers beware!!!!! Target doesn’t pay back.

Ordered a new item Target delivered an open box item. Couldnt exchange on website, contacted customer service was told to drive to store and exchange. Drove 20 minutes to Target waited 30 minutes to exchange and 20 minutes back home. Avoid Target. Same price everywhere, buy somewhere else

complete disregard for my Playstation
received my Playstation (shipped with fedex) and the box was damaged and the Playstation inside has box damage and things moving inside the box.this is supposed to be a gift and it got shipped with a single pc of paper around the Playstation in an over sized box. and they won't even let me select a return for it. just took my money and took no care for my expensive purchase. I'm appalled.

Sucky product & store don't want to be accountable for the product they're selling.
Two months & the console is defective. Not sure if this is refurbished even though I paid full prize & Target will not accept responsibility for the product! If they are going to sell the product at their store, they should hold up their end to be accountable as well.
