2. Go to ‘Redeem Codes’ on PS Store and enter the 12-digit voucher code (Code)
3. To purchase PS Plus using the funds from this Code, select the subscription plan of your choice, and complete the purchase.*
Redeemable only by users aged 18 or older holding an adult account for PSN registered to the US.
PSN wallet funds can be used by the redeeming account holder (and their child Family Member accounts) to pay for items in the PS Store available to US account holders.

This also works for ps3 and psvita. You have to add funds to your account via the online store on the web then you can buy games on the store on ps3 and vita. Target doesn’t list it as ps3 and vita compatible but it is.

This is a completely legitimate gift card that you redeem digitally. Target sends you an email (often within minutes) with a redemption link. Follow the link, confirm your email address, and copy the code provided. Paste the code provided at the "redeem code" section of your Playstation account, and voila funds are added. It's a mystery how folks manage to leave poor reviews at major retailers for standardized digital goods like this. If you don't understand how to redeem them, there are clear instructions on the redemption page and Playstation website (...and also Google).
