I purchase my item in-store after waiting hours in a queue. When I opened the item, the promo card was missing. I contacted the online Target support, but they were no help.

Great etb for my collection but I got mines with a major rip and noticed I was not the only one

Target should do better with the products the plastics have rips n holes no decent drops always to have wait in line for hours just to get one scalpers ruined the hobby

I stopped by Target today to buy groceries and decided to check the trading card section to see if there were any leftovers. I happened to run into the vendor just as she was beginning to stock the shelves. Since I had already visited another Target earlier without finding anything, I was excited to finally have a chance to purchase a product that is usually sold out. Everything seemed fine until the vendor indicated that customers could begin taking items from the shelves. What started as a friendly atmosphere quickly became aggressive. Several individuals began yelling, using profanity, and accusing me of taking “their” product, even though the items were on the shelf and available for purchase. I was genuinely confused by the situation, as no one physically possessed the products they were claiming ownership over. The behavior I witnessed was intimidating and completely inappropriate for a retail environment. What should have been an enjoyable experience turned into an uncomfortable and stressful one. As someone who enjoys collecting as a hobby, the experience honestly took the excitement out of it. By the time I left the store, I no longer felt excited about my purchase and had little interest in opening the products I bought. No customer should feel threatened or harassed while shopping. I hope management is aware of the environment that develops around some trading card restocks and takes steps to ensure all customers can shop safely and respectfully.
