Q: Is there a strap or a way to attach a strap?
A: So I ordered this and it includes a strap that you can attach. Not sure what Vivitar Customer Service is talking about.

I ask this because there is not a SHOULDER strap included. But there IS a WRIST STRAP included. And it is accessible through the protective cover. This is a very important thing to know about the product, as a strap of any kind is very important for the protection of your camera. Not being able to access it through the protective cover would be a very bad thing. A design flaw which may discourage people from buying the camera. This is a very nice camera with a great deal of options and controls available. And a complete manual explaining these can be found easily after downloading the software via the link provided in the last past of the "quick start" guide, which is included in the packaging.

Q: Hi, Does this camera come with a wrist strap or even a way to tie a string on it if not?
A: It comes with a wrist strap. It can be secured and used with or without the protective cover.

Q: I've had this camera for 1 year and I didn't use it for 6 months and now that I'm trying to turn it on it won't work. Changed the batteries 3 times and they all work.
