I hate this toy! Doesn’t work!! It won’t close and the little things you have to assemble won’t stay, they all fall apart and it is so frustrating to me and my girl.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great toy to take on the go and occupy my toddler's attention while we run errands and such and is a great option rather than giving her a tablet or other electronic device. I loved that it was like a fun surprise to open for the first time with confetti and all of the individually wrapped pieces dropping out of the cute flamingo shaped case. It was also great that the pieces were individually wrapped so that we could slowly add the pieces over time so she had something new to add to the set. I also liked how some of the pieces could be worn as a jewelry. There are also plenty of fun movable features inside the case like a tree to climb and a water slide to help keep her attention. Overall this is a great, compact, versatile toy that will be a travel favorite for years to come.

One of the small toys broke after a few hours of my girls playing with it. It was the small chest. There are really cool interactive features like a monkey that hangs, a swan that goes in a cave, a surfboard, among others that we enjoyed. My kids played with this set for a few hours when they first got it and they often come back to play with it again. I would recommend the set, just be aware of the confetti you will find all over.

When you hold it up by the handle and pull the legs down, it pops open and spreads confetti and the colorful packages, just like a pinata. This set is packed with 26 surprises, which include two dolls, tons of accessories, and adorable animals. The animals are my daughter's favorite part of any Polly Pocket set, and the standouts for her in this set are the sloth and the seal. There are so many areas of this set that you can use to play. It features the Pop & Swap system, which has little plugs to hold down the dolls and accessories and lets you change the set up of the toy each time. The flamingo case is incredibly sturdy and latches well. It closes easily, even with all the accessories inside, and the handle makes it portable for kids. This is a fantastic set. It's fun and great to take on the go, like all Polly Pocket sets, but what makes this set unique is the "Wow!" factor you get from the fun pinata opening, confetti, and colorful surprise bags.

It was really fun for them to open up each individual packet and find out what was inside. They enjoyed all the cute animals it came with, and it came with lots of fun little accessories, even a cute little sandcastle. The beach theme is so adorable. I love that it provides fun imaginative play for them. At first it was a little frustrating that we couldn't get the flamingo to lay flat on the ground while open, it kept tipping back. Then I realized the wings can open on the outside and with the wing open it will lay flat and makes for a sturdier surface area for them to play on. This is for sure their new favorite Polly pocket.

The flamingo keeps all the little pieces contained and can easily travels neatly. The little toys can be placed anywhere inside the flamingo. Lots of hiding spots for role playing. Beware of the confetti that pops out when you open it. Another cute feature is the way you open the toy is by pulling on the purple flamingo leg straps. Highly recommend!

After opening all the surprises, everything stores in the flamingo body. My daughter loves all the activities and pieces to play with. The only thing that I would change is that it would be more obvious that you hold the toy and pull on the feet to open the piñata. I didn't realize that was what you were supposed to do until we opened it and was the instructions....inside!

We stumbled across the Polly pocket series on tv the other day and my kids were hooked so the opportunity to play with a Polly pocket playset was a dream for them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 and 9 year old girls were squealing with delight as they opened their Polly Pocket. They pulled down on the flamingos feet/legs and confetti sprinkled out. Its very thin tissue paper confetti, so its easy to clean up. This set comes with A LOT of accessories! My girls took turns opening the little blind bags containing the accessories. I was very happy to find that the figures and accessories easily fit inside the flamingo for storage. My girls propped the flamingo wings up to help hold the flamingo open at a 90 degree angle while playing.. although I discovered the flamingo sits open on its own without needing to prop it up. Polly has a cute skirt that can come on and off. All of the accessories have little holes in the bottom, this allows them to connect to the little pegs inside the flamingo. See my pictures for details. This is a great set and both my girls love to play with it!
