I give high marks to Target’s Market Pantry powdered sugar. I find no aftertaste, no graininess and no fake vanilla flavor some grocery stores add. (I’ve been really disgusted with grocery store powdered sugar.) I really like that the packaging is recyclable, which is important to me. I wouldn’t normally review something as simple as PS but I felt it was warranted in this case. The only thing that could make me happier would be powdered sugar with non-GMO cornstarch. Give it a consideration, Target! PS For best results you should ALWAYS sift powdered sugar. PPS Making Lemon Meltaways (powdered sugar in dough and frosting) and it is dreamy!
After having made several batches of macarons with a tried-and-true recipe, I started having a string of over-dry, grainy, and very stiff macaron batter. I couldn't figure it out and had purchased a new pot and silicone mats before realizing the problem was a change to Market Pantry powdered sugar. I suspect the cornstarch content is higher than in brand name powdered sugars.
Love this Sugar it's very affordable does the same as dominio powder sugar

This sugar is great 10x Barry have to be sifted but do those are complaining about the sugar being clumpy u would suggest u sift it before using and if u don't have a softer ur a whisk and whisk it for about 3-5min to assure all lumps is out
