Oddly enough, my Dr. recommended this for my FREQUENT trips to the bathroom. I was doubtful, but have been taking this every day for three years now and it has given me the power to control when I head to the bathroom. This is identical to Miralax. It contains polyethylene glycol 3350 17g and has no inactive ingredients; this is exactly the same as Miralax. Any reviews claiming this product is worse than Miralax just had a particularly bad stomach/digestive day. I take this daily per my doctor.

I figured that being the generic brand it would work just like Miralax. I ran out of my Miralax and decided to try something generic and more of a bargain. Never again. This stuff makes me feel so bloated like I'm going to explode. The worst part is when I finally go to the restroom, nothing really comes out. With Miralax it helped me to have a normal bowel movement. This makes me feel like a balloon.
