The sleeve gives you a challenge while doing ball handling workouts, due to the fact of how the fabric is , as well as the gloves. The gloves give you a harder way of dribbling. There’s weights inside of the gloves, and the Anti-Grip technology in the gloves gives you an obstacle to get over. My handles have gotten better since I have been using PowerHandz, I feel like my handles have that ball-on-string LOL!!!
