Easy to install
If you want better pressure,
On the head that connects to you shower outlet pipe remove the flat washer and unscrew the white filter. Inside you will find a small black rubber ring washer, remove it and reinstall the white filter and the flat washer, install unit per directions.
That little black rubber ring washer is what restricts the water flow to make it USA EPA compliant.
This shower head feels sturdy and looks nice! We wanted a dual head so they would function at the same time. Both heads work at the same time however there is slightly decreased pressure from the main head when the handheld is turned on which is to be expected. Be prepared as well for About 2 seconds of cold water coming immediately from the handheld when turned on due to the water sitting in the tubing. If you turn the handheld away from you while turning it on, the cold water will be gone by the time you point it at you. The tubing is long enough for my standard size shower with two people in it. The location of the tubing out the back of the main head is close to the wall so beware it may limit what type of product storage you hang over the head. I would buy again and I would recommend!
I have had two waterpik shower heads in the past. Both were great, so when I purchased a new home this was one of the first items I purchased to switch out in my new home. First of all it looks like plastic..with a cheap chrome finish. not like in the past where when you purchased a "chrome" shower head it looked like it was chrome. Installation was as easy as ever but a bit confusing. The directions for attaching the hose isn't to good a yellow tag says shower head end. well is that the hand held shower head end or the end closest to the regular shower head. Only after a quick google and doing it wrong the first time did I get it right..When I turned it on..the promised water pressure is less than the old shower head that was in my shower.. I am split on recommending for purchase. You can't beat how easy these are to install. In the past they lasted forever with care. (Decalcifying for those of us in FL) I am keeping this because it does provide a larger shower head then my old even though the pressure is average. But are you getting good quality for the price. No especially if you get it at full price. So since I am keeping it I am saying yes..but if you have had waterpik shower heads in the past you will not be as satisfied with thier newer products so you might want to look elsewhere for a new purchase.

Thank you for your feedback. It will be passed on to our Product Design Team. Please keep in mind that the reason why your previous showerhead had more pressure is likely due to new government regulations. Federal, state, and local governments regulate shower head GPM (gallons per minute). These regulations have been decreasing over time and do apply to all brands. If you are comparing this product to a previous shower head that had little to no restrictions on the flow rate, you will notice a difference. You can read more about the laws here: https://www.waterpik.com/shower-head/blog/why-does-my-shower-have-low-water-pressure/
I've had this showerhead before but older version and loved it. so when I purchased a new home this was one of my first purchases. 1st the newer models look cheap and plastic..this wasn't a deal breaker but I should have been more careful and given me a warning. I just finished installing well the hand held shower head does not fit snugly (not sure if that is a proper word) into the place it is supposed to go..(see picture). I tried a few different ways thinking I wasn't putting it in properly but this is the only way to get the handheld shower head into the spot it belongs. Very Disappointed. I'm giving it two stars for ease of installation.

If the handle does not fit in the bracket, it is likely that you have the hose on backwards. You just need to swap the ends of the hose. If you need additional assistance, we would be happy to help. The water pressure is disappointing. I see no difference in the shower head that came with the townhouse in comparison to this one. For nearly fifty dollars, this is NOT worth the money.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the product. Government regulations limiting the amount of water allowed to flow through a showerhead (GPM) have recently changed. You can read more about it by following or copying the following link: https://www.waterpik.com/shower-head/blog/5-things-to-know-about-flow-rate-when-choosing-shower-head/
