didn't work immediately out of the box. spent 1 hour troubleshooting and ended up having to return it.. this was for my cat

second chance fountain
I wouldn't recommend this item it didn't even last 1 month I bought on April 2 and did an exchange for a second one on the April 18th and that one also stopped working on April 27th. I will be returning it and not get a third one

This is a new design and I dont like it. Holds less water, dosent have the spout where my cats would drink from the corner of, and its a usb plug but dosent come with the plug adaptor.

I bought this product probably just 2 days ago, i set it up after coming home from school then went to town. When I came back (four or so hours after setting it up) the water was a almost golden color. I immediately stopped using it and don't know if I feel safe using it again for my cats.

Easy to use

Small, but not too noisy; no power brick included
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let’s start out with the size that this is definitely designed to be very small. It is our backup fountain as I feel like my animal went through the water too quickly to be dependable for a weekend without refill. I like that the window has a clear area where you can see the water level. I’m not a huge fan that the flow level control is on the pump inside the water. I am also not a huge fan that there is NOT a power brick that comes with it (only has a usb hookup included). Overall not too noisy.

Perfect for small to medium size dogs!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a little 6lb. Pomeranian and I can’t say enough how awesome this filtering water bowl is for him! It’s on the smaller side but holds good amount of water and is easy for my Odin to drink out of. The filter system works fantastic as well have had it run for a few days at a time and the water doesn’t get slimy or gross. Because of it compact size I can easy store it away as we use this water bowl in our camper and it’s so quiet you don’t even know it’s running. And the BEST part, Odin drinks about more water when using this bowl! I’m guess is it’s the fresh filtered water!
