GREAT COFFEE! NICE AND HOT LOVE LOVE

5 out of 5 stars

I read the reviews on this exact perculator--and went to Target to purchase it and there it was on the shelf. My Mr. Coffee stopped working after two years. Bummer! I was going to buy a Keurig, but the thought of spending that much money to make one cup of coffee at a time with a lot of fuss did no...see moreof the reviewer's review

Fantastic Pot

5 out of 5 stars

This pot makes wonderful coffee - hands down the best pot I've had since moving away from percolators so many years ago. I use the same filters for this pot that I used in my Bunn the cheapest, basket type findable, just put a spot of water in the center and press it down on the stem. This pot ...see moreof the reviewer's review

I had almost forgotten how delicious coffee is when made in a percolator. And don't use any paper filters -- let the NATURAL flavor come through 100%. This unit is fast, and brings the coffee to a wonderful, scalding-hot temperature. Seems like it should last -- sturdy construction, feels solid. Dit...see moreof the reviewer's review

Hot coffee at a hot price

I haven't needed to adjust the amount of coffee I use or buy the special filters. I went with another reviewer's suggestion to just m...see moreof the reviewer's review

Makes weak coffee

2 out of 5 stars
Susan Gilmore 7 years ago
I wanted a simple coffee maker, no bells or whistles. This coffee maker fits that bill. However, I am not able to find the filters anywhere. Also, no matter what coffee grind I use or how much coffee grinds I put in the basket, the coffee comes out weak tasting. It is possible the water is not heate...see moreof the reviewer's review

I wasn't a fan of this perculator. I purchased it because the description said it had auto shut off...it doesn't. I normally buy the West Bend. Unlike the West Bend, this maker has the water fill line on the inside. The West Bend has a clear marked window on the handle. The basket in the Presto ...see moreof the reviewer's review
