This seat is such a great addition to my living room! It fits in with our "industrial" type decor and it folds up to store when not needed (we have a pretty small living room, but when we have guests, we need additional seating). The color is cognac and the metal is very sturdy.

I got this item described as an ottoman because it is perfect for placing items on it if I want to clear off a table or vanity to clean them. I always have difficulty moving stuff around to clean and this is portable enough that I can move it from room to room and get the table clear so I can clean. It is heavy in the box but once you take it out, it is easier to lift. It also works as an actual ottoman if you want to put your feet up and relax. When not in use, you can fold it up and place it out of the way. If you are looking for a portable item that has many uses I recommend the traveling ottoman for your home

This ottoman is sturdy and well made. The leather is thick and has nice detailed stitching. It is heavy for its size, but this is part of the sturdiness. It is more of a low stool height and may be a little high for an ottoman. I do like the fact that it folds and can be put away when not needed.
